Left arm across your body at the front at about chest height – support left arm with the right arm – stretch out your shoulder – hold for 30 seconds – repeat on opposites sides – you’re good to go.


Shoulder stretch with rotation

Stand up straight – feet hip-width apart – hands by your sides – place back of the right hand against the small of your back at the wait – fingers pointing up – slide right hand farther up as high as possible – hold and repeat.


Cat cow pose

Hands underneath your shoulder and knees underneath your hips – inhale and fill your belly with air – let it sink as you look up – round your spine and tuck your chin to the chest – continue this movement for a few minutes.
